Savory and fascinating nose of wintergreen, cracked white pepper, herbs, minerals and savory forest aroma. Wonderful. Juicy, rich and ripe. Dazzlingly pure and dense. Really long finish and great balance. Crisp and crunchy but also rich. Nice tension there. Grippy and structured. Fantastic showing.
