Catalan wine tasting #4
So juicy & fresh, with red fruit brilliance. Very piedmontese in character with a slightly fruitier edge.
Strawberries, raspberries, with a proper tannic, juicy grip. Fresh acidity.

Very interesting rose’ bubbly from Summol grapes. Grippy and quite tannic, with bold fruit flavors. Very food friendly, not your typical poolside natural bubbly. — 3 years ago
Much better than the 2015 Vintage of this Catalan blending red grape that I previously tried. Reminded me of Beaujolais. High altitude fruit. Bright garnet color. Aromas of wild berries, sweet spices and minerals. Big raspberry and cherry fruit flavors. Touch of herbs. A little sour (not bad) on the finish. Fresh and vibrant. — 4 years ago

Smells a bit funky at the beginning, this tastes of wet hay, a bit spritzy. Reminds me of wine in Georgia. — 6 years ago
there’s a campfire under the stars on a perfect evening and everyone is in an individual clawfoot tub bubble bath. you’re drinking this wine. ✨ — 6 years ago

Loved this! Bursting with fruit with plenty of biodynamic qualities - funky, but easy, super drinkable — 2 months ago
