Aerate at least an hour, if you are not used to natural wines. Beautiful dark dress. Rich Malbec nose: plum-like black fruits, fatty animal notes of leather, floral and herbaceous touches. Palate: fresh and juicy, supple with volume. The first sips suggest a short wine; but finely chopped tannins unfold and well with a return to fresh fruit. A very fine thirst-quenching wine, both accessible and deceptively simple.

Nez riche de Malbec: fruits noirs type Prune, notes grasses animales de cuirs, touches florales et herbacées. Bouche: fraîche et juteuse, souple avec du volume. Les premières gorgées laissent croire à un vin court; mais des tanins finement ciselés se déploient et bien avec un retour sur les fruits frais. Very well made. Aromatics and structure very present and buzzing. Calling whole bunch fermentation on this which showed prominently after a few days, not in a bad way, but definitely perceiving in this tasting the stark difference between de stemmed and some amount of stem inclusion. — 6 years ago

Fuck, this is delicious. Pours the most beautiful translucent ruby red. Raspberry, cranberry, rose petal and black pepper on the nose. Light in body and tannin.
