Lots of structure and acidity. This paired quite well with mildly spicy Indian butter chicken and curry. — 17 days ago

Reddish in color with light intensity.
Fruity nose with bramble, bing cherries, strawberries, raspberries, light oak, light licorice, vegetables, earth, herbs, light barnyard, black pepper and spices.
Light to medium in body with medium acidity and long legs.
Dry on the palate with cherries, strawberries, earth, oak, light vanilla, tobacco, vegetables, black tea, spices and black pepper.
Medium plus on the finish with fine grained tannins and tangy raspberries.
This is an easy drinking Pinot Noir from Napa Valley. Tangy and spicy with lots of fresh red fruits and earth notes, that make it interesting.
Good by itself and better with food. A good every day wine, fresh and juicy.
Good right out of the bottle, and better after 30 minutes of airtime.
Would be interesting to try it in a couple of years and see how it evolves.
I paired it with a Charcuterie board of meats and cheeses. Great with the prosciutto.
100% Pinot Noir grapes were aged for 3 months in French Oak barrels. Unfiltered
13.8% alcohol by volume.
90 points.

Wine club release from York Creek. Less brawny than Barnett’s main releases (Cyrus Ryan and Rattlesnake). Mountain fruit (albeit a little less fruit forward) with some nice spice notes and good structure — 21 days ago
Light and nice and full of flavor for sauvignon blanc — 13 days ago
What a rollercoaster, biblical vintage, and drinking now it’s so interesting. Deft balance of acid and fruit and texture. Toss in a little VA and a whisp of EA and then mushroom forest floor and no apparent oak. Black and blue fruit and a focus of tannin in the finish with some depth of flavor. Can’t believe this vintage gave us this. — a month ago

Such a go-to for us, regardless of the season. Displays bright notes of lemon sherbet on the nose and palate. Deftly balanced, with bright acidity, which helps to accelerate and amplify the finish. Should be a case buy direct from the winery. — 5 days ago
