Very yummy — 3 years ago
A blend of 45% Pinot Meunier and the rest split between Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. This wine has zero grams of residual sugar and you can’t get a champagne any drier than this one. Nice fruity nose with flavors of stone fruits, lively acidity, crisp yet rich. Lingering finish with intense mineral ending. Let this age, it just gets better. Tasting Sample. — 3 years ago
Drinking virtual rosé with @Ryan Colthorp didn’t realize that this was made in Idaho by the same winery from our bottle at Fork, but grapes grown in Washington! — 3 years ago
2021 seems like a good year for the Split Rail vineyard.
This chardonnay is sharp, lean and racey. The 23% new French oak is super subtle - for me it only hints in the nose and in the finish. — 2 years ago
