Drinking virtual rosé with @Ryan Colthorp didn’t realize that this was made in Idaho by the same winery from our bottle at Fork, but grapes grown in Washington! — 4 years ago
Cir 2018 fantastic buy again … breathed for about 1 1/2 hours — 22 days ago
A blend of 45% Pinot Meunier and the rest split between Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. This wine has zero grams of residual sugar and you can’t get a champagne any drier than this one. Nice fruity nose with flavors of stone fruits, lively acidity, crisp yet rich. Lingering finish with intense mineral ending. Let this age, it just gets better. Tasting Sample. — 4 years ago
So very crisp with that (now, to me) trademark salinity plus a tea bud rose element that dials it all in. So dang good! — 2 years ago
