This is a very enjoyable Vintage Sparkling wine from Chalk Hill. A very nice GSM blend. Nicely balanced and refreshing.
Shows nice balance between the fruits and earth notes, although earthier than I expected. Showing mild complexity, tangy and refreshing.
Would be nice to revisit it in 3 years.
I paired it with caviar, cheeses and crackers.
A blend of 52% Syrah, 32% Grenache and 16% Mourvedre. A very small production of only 180 cases.
13.1% alcohol by volume.

Dry but not overly tart. — 13 days ago
Mother’s Day tipple - something a little different with an English Rose sparkling. Pale salmon in colour with a very fine bead. Strawberry notes on nose and palate. Very fresh, restrained and elegant. Well made and thoroughly enjoyable. A blend of 60% Pinot Noir, 38% Pinot Meunière and 2% Pinot Precoce - the latter variety I had never heard of. — 19 hours ago
I’m not normally a rosé or a sparkling fan, but this is really nice. Off-dry and well balanced. Notes of strawberry, overripe pink and Fuji apples, light yeast, & a subtle honey finish. Effervescent is light enough to not be too overpowering or sharply acidic, but is a gentle reminder that it’s there. Excellent with salmon & teriyaki (and teriyaki salmon 😊). — 13 days ago
What more is there to really say about the Marc Hebrart range of grower champagnes? Beautiful, beautiful wines and always so much fun. The fun continues here.
A delicate light pink color with a constant stream of fine bubbles. Smells of summer. That memory with the pretty girl on the beach, that’s what you get here. Cranberries and wild strawberries mingle with herbs and chalk. Loads of minerals and a bit of honeysuckle. Toast, cherries, and really pretty orchard fruits.
Balance and precision. That’s exactly what you will find here. 55% Chardonnay and 45% Pinot Noir from Mareuil-Sur-Aÿ with 6.5% of the Pinot vinified as still red wine in neutral oak. Such striking depth and sleekness. Those summer berries dominate the palate but always maintains focus. Subtle herbs and spices with such purity of fruit. Really beautiful. — 7 days ago
Incredibly enjoyable on a sunny day! Crisp, bright acidity marked by strawberries and cream and raspberries! Charmat method. Loved it. — a day ago

Very light red/ pinkish in color with light intensity and a neon hue.
Strong nose of raspberries, light cherries, citrus, light barnyard, lemons, spices, light herbs and white pepper.
Full bodied, creamy and smooth, with medium acidity.
Dry on the palate with cherries, raspberries, spices, light earth, lemons, pears, ginger and black pepper.
Long finish with tangy lemons.
This is a delicious Rosé from Napa Valley. Smooth and elegant with such a pretty color. Interesting and engaging.
Nicely balanced with a great mouthfeel. Rich with nice complexity.
Fruit forward and tastes like a very light red. Interesting stuff.
A nice sipping wine. Good right out of the bottle and good by itself or with food. Paired beautifully with the prosciutto.
