Brewed on licence in the UK, this is a good, solid dark beer. Lively deep and dark ruby hue.

Hints of caramel with a bitter sweet malty taste.

Wow - the freshness, the color, the soaring rich liqueur aromas, pure decadence… Chambord, truffle, licorice, cough drop, vanilla, truffle, absolutely insane. Smooth rich luxurious - had this out of barrel and on release and it is still youthful. — 4 years ago

I do like the label - great colour reproduction (sort of a high vis dark cyan) with a matt finish. Wine is great too - hits those big barossan notes of deep rich blackberry, black cherry, chocolate with ripe tannin, but not over-cooked, lengthy finish in a fresh fruited mid-weighted package. 24% whole bunch. — 4 years ago
