This ex-buthcher-turned-winemaker makes a great austrian PN; cold climate style but more German than French; lots of mineral notes, chlorine, strawberries, raspberries, dark choclate, light earth, and a bit of wood; fruits, acids, and soft tannins mix well on the palate and the finish is medium long and satisfying.
