Amber in color. Inviting nose and full palate of dried peaches, fig jam, and quince jelly candy. Medium acidity balances the rich sweetness nearly perfectly making an excellent partner for cheeses, fresh fruit, and light pastries, or a tasty finishing drink on its own. Drink now through 2043 or longer. — 9 months ago

The Basic QbA Riesling from a good grower should always be a very good wine that also ages well. Case in point here. This 13-year old has another decade of aging potential. I believe the vineyard village here is Wehlen. The fruit is fresh and would be convincing as a feinherb, and the balanced structure is appropriately firm. — 4 years ago
So glad I’m finding and enjoying dry white wines. 😋😋 — 4 months ago
Pale lemon in color.
Strong nose with citrus and lots of diesel notes.
Medium plus in body with medium plus acidity.
Off dry on the palate with mild complexity and a nice mouthfeel.
Showing lemons, honeysuckle, limes, ripe apples, pears, peaches, spices, minerals, sea salt and light river rocks.
Nice finish with honey and spices.
This is a very enjoyable Riesling from Germany.
Easy drinking and good right out of the bottle. A good party wine.
Good by itself and will pair nicely with spicy Asian food.
10.5% alcohol by volume.
