perfect with szechuan food straight from chengdu. showed really well. the acids and sugar was a nice complement to the ma and the la. wish @Aravind Asok had this bottle instead of the one a few days ago.

Not that impressed. PnP, not very balanced. Acidity is still there, but not very well integrated. Not much complexity is probably the biggest problem, but considering the super low price, I’m not that surprised... it’s not bad, rather enjoyable for a beginner, but no need to buy again.
