Muscat isn't my favorite variety. This is classically aromatic with dried roses and all the other grandmother's sachet smellies. But there's funk and texture and depth on the palate that pulls me back. Interesting. — 7 years ago

👀 cloudy apple juice
👃tropical fruit, dragonfruit, lemon sherbet, raro cordial sachet
👅 mineral dry, candy but not sweet if that makes sense, lemon lime, delicate balance across the mouth, light body, sherbet finish

Delicious rustic red from Santorini, bright notes of citrus peel and pomegranate. Paired well with our lamb pasta at Sachet, definitely a food wine. Before food arrived, our guests implied there was too much acid for their taste, but not for me. This one needs some air before opening up. Would be very difficult to identify blind, very few reds with this profile. — 7 years ago
