Exactly what I’ve come to expect a nice rosé to taste like. Never disappoints. — 8 days ago
With mackerel pan con tomate. Quite natural, quite dry, slight tannin — 11 days ago
Shhhhh. Holy Saturday, Batman!!! Easter bunny drinks rosé! Perfect libation for plastic egg prep. Nice balance between sweetness and acidity in the mouth. The finish shows fresh fruit and great length. — 25 days ago
The only Champagne in their flight. First time having this producer.
It has gentle, micro bubbles. Soft mousse. Again, a touch sweet. At least for me. Seems more than 9g. It is interesting to me that with all of France’s rather strict wines laws, I have seen extra brut over 6g & brut over 9g.
Full cherries to kirsch quality, strawberries, pomegranate and raspberries. Gentle dry herbal notes, moist, crumbled chalk & limestone, yeast notes, some white spice, sea fossil/spray, crumbled grey volcanics, pink & red roses, pleasant round acidity, nicely polished finish that is more fruit than earth as it sets and lasts 45 seconds to a minute. — a month ago
"Odedi"
Pretty color of peach.
Fresh nose of red fruits with citrus and herbs.
Medium bodied with medium acidity and nice complexity.
Dry on the palate with raspberries, strawberries, citrus, apples, sea salt, grapefruits, herbs and spices.
Tangy finish with limes and light almonds.
Elegant and fruit forward. Soft and smooth. Nicely balanced with a nice mouthfeel.
Good by itself or with food.
Would be nice to revisit it in 5 years, and see how it evolves.
A blend of 65% Mourvèdre and 35% Cinsault. Aged for 6 months in stainless steel vats.
13.5% alcohol by volume.
90 points.
