Excellent pour. I need to seek this out for home. Squeaky clean presentation, with a lively mouthfeel. Notes of honeycomb, brioche and toasted almonds. Finishes moderately sweet, as we like it.

Pale salmon with aromas of ripe berry fruits with floral mineral tones and a fine mousse. On the palate cherry and raspberry flavors with nutty nuts, mineral and biscuit characteristics, bone dry and structured well. Full body, balanced acidity on a medium+ length ending, crisp with fruit and yeasty mineral notes. Drink now.

Was happy to get this in the glass again for it has been a long time. Simply juicy, well fruited with a supple creamy texture, inviting nose, clean and refreshing palate marked by bright acidity. Ultra-ripe bing and rainier cherry, clafouti, red currant, confections, leesy goodness and mineral notes. 12/2018 disgorgement
