Very good, wasn't expecting the elegance and depth of this wine. — 7 years ago
My absolute fav for NYE! This eats most Champagnes for breakfast!
Disgorged Jan 2020, classical PN, PM, Ch blend.
Beautifully aromatic with brioche, toasted hazelnuts, grated lemon peel, candied orange, ripe red apples, red soft fruit, a tiny hint of mushroom. Stunning.
On the palate nice froth, tiny, persistent bubbles, gorgeous mouthfeel.
This is a stunning wine! — 6 months ago

100% Pinot Blanc from 2010, disgorged only in Sept 2018, giving 7y of aging on the lees.
This is quite complex with Smokey aromas, toasted hazelnuts, some ripe pear in the background and the unmistakable aroma of a good, fresh croissant. Crisp & poised with nice depth and small, persistent bubbles. There’s a fun spicy note to the finish as well. This is really serious stuff. Very good indeed. — 2 years ago
Uber yeasty, meaty, acid ++. Good as an aperitif, better way serious cuisine. — 5 years ago
Solid. Still needs time though. — 8 years ago

PN/PM Blanc de Noir, Brut Nature with 36m on the lees.
Lively aromatic nose with red apples, red currant, wild strawberry but also some tangerine peel.
Nice, creamy mouthfeel with brilliant freshness, somehow quite round despite no dosage. Great precision & depth and the bubbles so tiny & persistent.
There’s a hint of minerality towards the long finish.
Wow, they just keep making them better & better. Delicious & so juicy. Begs another sip! — 6 months ago
