Had this a couple time now. Both you and Liz love this. I prefer their rose a bit to this one, but is great. Honey, floral, a little toast and vanilla. A tad sweet. Such a great mouthfeel; full. — 5 years ago

Very interesting comparison of grower champagnes. Vincey Marne closest to traditional, very Apple intense, a bit reductive, long on lies, complex . Beaufort very reductive, 100 pct alive, yeasty, incredible depth. The rose almost tastes like a Belgian kriek from a very good house. So much more interesting than the big houses but expensive. — 9 months ago
Medium light ruby , wide watery light pink /garnet rim . Quite light ripe red fruits , strawberry , cranberry , red cherry , rose and earthy , herbal touch . On the palate fresh wild strawberry , raspberry and red cherry , fresh acidity and Slightly chalky tannins . Relatively good length with that earthy touch on the finish, well balanced too. Good now and improves with a little time in the glass , and will show well over the next 5-8 years . — 2 years ago
