Grabbed a couple of bottles for a recent family reunion, were the first bottles emptied. Dark fruit - blackberries & plum, vanilla, smooth tannins. Hope I can find locally. — 2 years ago
Full body, smooth like butter. Loved it! — a month ago
Popped and poured; consumed over three days. Best on day three. The 2019 Quivira “Q Collection” Sauvignon Blanc pours a pale straw color with medium viscosity. On the nose the wine is bursting with bright citrus fruits, fresh herbs, fresh asparagus, fennel and minerals. There is an overwhelming sense of freshness that is very attractive. On the palate the wine is dry with medium+ acid. Citrus fruits, namely grapefruit and lime, dominate accompanied by limestone-like minerals. The finish is long, zippy and satisfying. I dig this style of California Sauvignon Blanc: bright and energetic. — 2 years ago
Pinot Noir les Chonchons. It looks like light purple cotton candy, it has this cloudy purple look to it. Smells like raspberry, strawberry..smells like when you are picking strawberries and you get smell the straw mixed with dirt and the berries. It tastes tart like unripe berries, apple cider vinegar. I have to try more of this — 2 months ago

Vintage 2016 | This wine developed itself fine with a few years cellar. Expressive cassis, decanted three hours, afterwards very good drinking with a good structure. Pierre Ardoin - a oenologist at the Bordeaux university - makes this wine with a wink to its more reputed colleague vintners on the other side of the Gironde river. | paired with bbq, incredible good p/q. — 2 years ago
