Pepper, lemon, kombucha. Dig it. — 3 years ago
I wouldn’t be able to tell the difference between this and Kombucha. But if you are into that sort of thing then it’s not bad. I wouldn’t go seeking this out again but I did enjoy the bottle. — 4 years ago
Fruity but still dry but not drying. — 6 years ago
Very surprising. Cloves and orange spice on the nose. Bittersweet orange zest, burnt honey taste, followed by a kombucha funk. — 6 years ago
Love. Smokey kombucha. Perfect super bowl drink. — 6 years ago

Opens on the nose with the smell of lees, underneath are early summer red 🍒 and a touch of balsamic and a touch of wood- maybe slovanian oak?
Tart, nice balance, refreshing and very drinkable. I was nervous to order it because it was listed under the 'Natural' wine selection but turns out that it's only organic and not bottle of kombucha. Excited to see that I might be able to find this for under $25.
Paid $54 at Commune in Columbus. — 4 years ago
Easy drinking, like a fruit-salad kombucha. Floral notes of hibiscus (and maybe violet?) picking up tart berry in the mouth. Easy finish. — 6 years ago

Why do I smell mangoes in everything? Orange peel, celery, black peppercorn, nectarine, chutney, and pickled carrots. Tangerine jam.
Body of kombucha. Peaches, peach soda, peach marmalade.
Still love it.
Perfect for a post pick me up after a karaage chicken and katsu curry bento box. — 6 years ago
Like the sour beers of wine. Almost like kombucha and very crushable. — 7 years ago
We got the red but oh well this is the brand/wine. What can I say but this kombucha is quite good. The is one of the best kombuchas i’ve had. This kombucha in fact disguises itself as wine variant piquette but it certainly is not fooling me. — 3 years ago
Ok please don’t like this yet. This needs to be fixed. Funky town for sure. I would say Parmesan cheese. Soon more….Really crazy stuff! Well Kombucha, like quite acidic and astringent, buttery, nose, Muskat - orange blossoms. So much fun but obviously you have to be crazy to ask for this and drink it - even the staff at the restaurant hesitated. — 4 years ago
Excellent “kombucha” effervescent with slate stone saltiness and bright apple acidity — 5 years ago
So much going on as well as so much fun.
Mandarins, melon, papaya, and mango.
Daisies, chamomile, Jasmine and wisteria .
An array of herbs from bay leaves to rosemary and oregano. Candied ginger. Rice, hop and kombucha which leads to green tea.
Super fresh and zingy minerality.
Long too.
Cheers! — 6 years ago
Strong and strange like the best things in life. People said Kombucha, I didn’t believe it but it’s accurate. Definitely has a lambic, berry, and cheesy notes. Can’t wait for my next taste — 7 years ago
