Manages to be bright with moderate acidity and still have a waxy last taste to it. Bright straw and slightly under ripe gooseberries, slightly under ripe raisins, persimmons. It has the tart and the acid hit a good golden flavor that has enough sugar developed to not be just bitter. Smooth and flowing, not very viscous, considering the waxy flavors to it, but overall a definite winner, especially in combination with avocado, garlic, pita bread, and all sorts of grilled meats, al pastor style.  — a year ago

Great food wine. Went perfect with Greek salad and ground beef pita. A lot of acid and tannin. Some vegetal flavors, light fruits like melon and plum skins. Classic example of if you taste this blind without food rating would likely not be great but with a Greek dinner, excellent. — 5 years ago
