Intense Pinot from Central Otago. Heavy ‘burned earth’ notes characterizing the wine. We carried this bottle back with us in 2018 visiting the region. Great pairing with pita chips and blue cheese.

Very smooth. Toasted marshmallow. Subtle smoke and sweet finish. Beautiful Pinot.

A nose that made me super excited to taste it, but the drinking fell flat. This one may be too young (2016) as it just seemed dumb and lifeless.
