Sublime. Inaugural vintage of this cuvée & absolutely stunning. This could be current release, so dense & inky, intense soaring aromas of a veritable kitchen sink of sexy fruit: red & black, just gobs, so rich & ripe, almost stewed, cassis, licorice, white pepper, Chinese 5 spice, lavender honey syrup, meat, iodine, and just on and on. So generous on palate, impeccable balance & harmony, finely integrated tannins and extraordinary length on finish.
I used to sell this as part of TAPWC and squirreled away a few bottles. Tastes better every time I open one. — 2 years ago
