New town pippin apples and mondeuse collab with phelan farms. Very much in the geuze framboise conversation but grainless which I very much appreciate. Apples are usually boring as hell and I feel whatever mondeuse they used here brought the right amount of fruit and fun to possibly what may have been kind of boring and serious. This is not a wine you would likely want to spend a lot of money on but boy do I want to drink A LOT of it. — 4 years ago
