The ones from Le Sot de LāAnge (bulldog label) are the best of La Boutanche Iāve tried and āMelonā is a serious step above. Itās creamy and rich, voluptuous, assumed from extended lees contact. It has white creamed corn, Granny Smith Apple, bitter almond, chamomile, white flowers, and fennel.

Some CO2, but quaffable Melon and good QPR.

Sep 16th, 2018Fresh, bracing acidity, wonderful minerality, and yet paradoxically unctuous. For like $17. Amazing shit.
