2022/5/7 with roast pork with rosemary, garlic and mostarda di Cremona, fresh favas and pecorino, etc. Lots of lovely red fruit jumps out on the nose, followed by some woodsier, earthier notes. Juicy fruit and acidity balances subtle but firm tannins. The last glass is even better, with a fosses effusion of pungent, spicy berries and subtle floral notes. — 12 days ago

@Delectable Wine Again mainly Pecorello (not Pecorino)
Consistent notes with my previous tasting, but less alcohol felt, more balanced body and more pleasant — a month ago
Floral- jasmin; medium- bodied with great acidity and a bit of honey and pear. Interesting and good! Minerality and a lingering finish. Supposedly it goes good with Marchegiani pecorino cheese, and is called pecorino because the little sheep ( pecorino) liked the grapes. — 2 months ago
Best white yet? Dry as heck, yet refreshing. Stone fruits and citrus, depth and length. Filled the mouth, want this with Italian cheese and sunshine. — 16 days ago
Smooth. Dark cherry profile, love it. — 12 days ago
Medium gold in color, waxy, almost oxidative nose… explosive round soft medium-weight notes of ripe grape, juicy ripe pear dripping with sweet honeyed richness. Intense, demanding, lip-smacking attack and a long, lingering finish. Impressive with fried zucchini, swordfish, and bucatini. — 2 months ago
SO good, light and airy, blend between SB and Chardonnay — 2 months ago

Pound for pound at this price ($25-ish) this is the best pecorino I can think of that I have had. While Pepe's is the benchmark it's also 6-10 times the price in the US! I drank this a week apart over 3 nights from Coravin and it got better every time I went to it. More expressive and complex each time. Loads of pear, golden delicious apple, honey, minerals and florals, medium bodied but densely flavored, super long in the finish, this is a go to wine for me in my house for Italian whites. — 12 days ago
