Lemony limestone simplicity. Lovely white floral nose, high acidity, salinity, and some softer white peach and honeydews to mellow things a bit. Should be perfect with our Linguine alle Vongole. Central Market.

Dry, Crisp with lemon and apple flavors. It's very light body and I wished for more depth but still a very pleasant rather simple wine with seafood and especially oysters

Adored the funk with this fun little find. Like drinking goat cheese. Refreshing, acidic, delightful.

Maybe one of the best expressions of this semi-aromatic and crisp varietal. Love the label too lol. Nice little wine.

Love the simplicity! Dry white with a nice balanced acidic finish. Great with peppery arugula and lemon olive oil 😋

Enjoyed this wine. Had the store brand pecorino from Cantoro’s in Michigan and was thrilled to see this one to try again. Some melon and honeydew. With some pear and honeysuckle. Really different taste profile. Lightly acidic and floral all at the same time. Plan to get more of this one!
