Slightly golden dress. Apricot nose, white peach, honey, dried fruits, hazelnut, butter, vanilla, empyreumatic notes are present. In the mouth it is of great delicacy, between mineral tension, and creaminess. The breeding is melted with the notes of evolution. Color has slight greenish tones. Very nice nose, iodine, lemon zest, touch of almonds too and sea shells that are also on the palate. Very Chablis style with energy and an edgy acidity, mineral and saline with great length, delicious.

Couleur dorée avec de légers reflets verdâtres, très Droin comme couleur. Un beau nez typé avec des notes salines et iodées, coquillages, zeste de citron, et des amandes. 2 ans plus tard le vin est pareil mais il s'est assoupli, il est plus équilibré. Robe dorée foncée (or). Un nez d'abricot, de pommes confites avec une touche d'alcool. Une bouche a une bonne acidité. Des saveurs intenses de miel, de vanille, de gâteau des anges, muscade, croûte de crème brûlé. Il est très sucré mais offre une belle acidité. J'aime. — a month ago
