Opened 10 days ago. Just a bit too oxidized but after a few days in Cali bothers it settled down and be a serviceable food wine, good acidity, not much complexity, oxidation blew off. — 7 months ago

Immediately spiced on the palate with an earthy, cocoa, herbaceous, candied, fertilized quality.
