Natty: Native yeasts. Minimal racking
Notes: 80+ year old vines throughout California. Nice perfume, spice, and fruit well balanced. Tobacco and leather is more subtle than other Zinfandels but i like it more. Great bottle of wine. — 5 years ago
Bright, effervescent pet nat ~ crisp notes of apple, pear and slightly almond with a zesty lemon finish — 2 months ago
Popped for Zoom tasting with Morgan Peterson and his father, Joel Peterson. Very stylish well-mannered mature field blend. Wine was lighter than expected both in the glass and on the palate. Silky smooth and light textured, with plenty of ripe red fruit and enough acidity to effortlessly dance the wine across the tongue. Long, textured finish. The wine is fully evolved and drinking well now. Don’t see any reason to wait. Cheers for two lives given over to love of wine...Joel and Morgan... this glass is raised in your honor...Salute! — 6 years ago

Natty: yes! No to low sulfites, native yeasts, no interventions. Unfiltered
Notes: Solid table wine, would go great with pizza. Lots of fruit and bright notes, but heft and body as well to stand up to bigger dishes. Grapey american wine taste. — 5 years ago

First wine from Maine! Has some nice funk with citrus and apple. I was pleasantly surprised. — 6 years ago

Young and fresh but showing many of the Dolinsek’s traditional traits: a big nose of blue and black fruits followed by a fruit forward wine of the same. It’s got bright acidity and firm tannins with a hint of black olive and pepper deeper in the wine. Drinking well now with loads of potential. — a month ago
