Notes: labeled as a dry sparkling rose, but read more like an orange wine. It was pleasant but weird. A little effervecense and the nose and palate was slightly sherry ,but it was pleasing none the less. I think the had been through all sorts of temperatures. Delicious. Peach notes. Very little acidity perhaps that’s why it’s almost too easy to drink. — 15 days ago
