This has to be my favorite wine to bring to a wine party. Barely qualified as an orange wine (skin fermented Trousseau Gris) with juicy acidity, fresh fruitiness with out showing sweetness, and aromas that are ever changing - orange blossom, oyster mushrooms, under ripe pineapple, apple skin.. wish this would stay around. It'll most likely show up in the Pax line up in the future, which I'm okay with. :)

Quite fruity!! Peaches, yellow apples, cantaloupe. Rich texture balanced by assertive acidity.

Overripe apples, pears, melon. Surprisingly rich and a little dank. Great structure and acid shined when paired with delicious Greek food.

A bit more of the phenolics from skin contact than last year, but still a fun wine. And a beautiful copper color. VA is high but not too high, but melon, pear, citrus comes through.

Really enjoying this little blushed Sonoma Gris. Feel like it's a bit overpriced at $25, but still a lovely drink.

I must be getting used to this style of wines, they don’t taste as austere as they first did. Floral, spice, orange rind, with good acid. The wine did change when I came back to it later almost had a mushroom note to it. Really enjoyed this bottle.
