Last bottle of this and this is showing beautifully. My prior notes still apply but there is a tiny bit more fruit and flowery notes on the nose first. No added sulfites, no filtering, a gamay in its purest form, expressing fleurie terroir at its finest. Buy by the box — 3 months ago

Bought at Veraison. Absolutely lovely, medium to full bodied red, dry finish, good spice notes and light fruit up front. Katy’s not a fan. — 2 months ago
La Ca' Nova's 2019 Barbaresco is stellar. Deep, layered and expansive on the palate, the 2019 is so impressive. Sweet red cherry, plum, blood orange mint and spice give this charming, effusive Barbaresco tons of complexity. The 2019 is a serious, serious wine with a lot going on. Don't overlook it. Nov 2022. Medium to full bodied. Dry, subtly layered. Fine now with decant, but can last and improve. Probably to 2027 - 2030. — 3 months ago

Paired with grilled London broil, baby arugula salad, and roasted sweet potatoes. Love this wine! Pleasantly surprised with the complexity and depth. — 9 days ago
