Very interesting combination of grapes, - Chardonnay,Fiano and Wild Muscatel. Never drank this combo before. Regardless- very well balanced. Will drink again. — a year ago
Pale gold in color; lemon, honeydew, and orange peel; medium acidity; tastes like honeydew, white flowers, and beeswax with a long finish. It's light and refreshing. Easy drinking. Nellie likes it and so do I. — 10 months ago
This was interesting - if served blind I would have thought it to be a French blend of Sauvignon Blanc with vermentino or rousanne - very aromatic, medium acids and a decent finish. I believe this was a local Salento wine so nice to see that they can retain aromas and acidity in such a dry mediterranean climate. — 2 years ago
Great Puglian white wine bright white wine with a smooth refreshing finish. — a year ago
Another outstanding vintage of this excellent Southern Italian white. A blend of Chardonnay (60%), Fiano (20%) and Wild Muscatel (20%). Golden straw color. Aromas of peaches, lemon, white flowers and vanilla. The palate features a mix of citrus fruits, spices and minerals. A little more noticeable vanilla and oak on the finish than prior vintages. Nice creamy texture and crisp acidity. Rich, expressive and thirst quenching. Revisited in January 2024. Still excellent! — a year ago
Really good elegant wine, needs plenty of flavors with it as it is a full bodied rose with plenty of floral notes . Had this with fresh herring coated in flour with salt and pepper and fresh gnocchi, wonderful combination. — 4 years ago

This label is called Margrande Fiano del Salento
It is grown in a vineyard 1 km away from the coast on the Mar Grande close to Taranto
The wine is great, textural and quite saline.
Very pleasant and long. — 2 months ago
