Hoopla

The Mutt Cabernet Sauvignon Blend 2015

Pyrazines and piney cherries thread the nose on this delightful bottle. Full licorice and unripe blackberry mouth. Not as complex over the palate as I would hope, but still a decent steak wine on ground budget. Strong tannins build quickly and succinctly finish. Better balance and complexity than their single variety cab. — a month ago
