👃 On the nose, this wine has a medium(+) intensity of vibrant and youthful aromas. The aromas include primary notes of ripe cherry, raspberry, and red currant, also minty, black tea, anise, clay pot, and dusty stone notes. Also secondary notes of vanilla, nutmeg, clove, cardamom and toast.

👄 On the palate, this wine is dry and offers medium(+) acidity, a medium body, high alcohol, medium tannins, and medium(+) intensity of flavors consistent with the nose, including, ripe cherry, raspberry, and red currant, also minty, black tea, anise, clay pot, and dusty stone notes. Also secondary notes of vanilla, nutmeg, clove, cardamom and toast. The finish is medium.

Natty malbec without any added sulfites. Extremely fruity, nice dusty tannins. Light, easy going, quaffable red wine. We had it slightly chilled to balance the current heat we experience in Toulouse. Very good stuff! — 8 months ago
