When in Argentina drink…aged Cabernet Sauvignon? 17yro Sauvignon to be specific. Ripe blackberries & cassis, quite understated. Compared to a Lopez Heredia Rioja of similar vintage, for example, the stuffing is clearly on the downward slope & this needs to be drunk now. It might a few years past it’s peak.
