Restrained nose on opening. Started to open up with air as it wasn’t overly chilled to start. Much more restrained than the Dassai DEX and I’d say a better match with the food throughout the night. Liked the viscocity and weight. Solid although would have liked a bit more aromatics — a month ago

Winner of a white burg lineup. Everything is there in balance: nose with citrus, a whiff of floral reduction, a touch of almond sling and grapefruit pith. Palate has vibrant acidity, mouthfeel and a bit of phenolics. Nothing is wow but everything is very good and in balance — 5 months ago
