 Absolutely loved the detail on the bottle. Had this with some very fatty ribeyes and just absolutely hit it out of the park. A deep nose it almost comes off. Still hot with alcohol, but dry forest floor and rich garrique scents. Very bold and rich with ripe bursting plum, Rosemary, thyme, and butter, definitely enough structure to hold up against a good thick steak. A more subtle nose than I expected given the deep ruby color in the glass. Rich dark fruit with black cherry and raspberry completed with vanilla and graphite. Tannins are well integrated but omnipresent. Small in texture but not soft. Lovely bottle! — 9 months ago
