Vintage 2015 | Frühburgunder makes me uncertain when to drink it? Very young within two years, are can it be kept and develop extra taste...? Enfin, this Ahr wine has a elegant smell at age six years. With caramel impressions and lovely raspberry. Also elegant and vibrant in taste. Paired with a burger. — 5 years ago

I've hit the last 4 out of 5 weekly wine committees and it has been a treat every time. This week, @Jeff Meyer hosted and schooled everyone on how good German wines can be!

My favorite red of the day. Mimicked #1 in that I got a lot of new world/RRV characteristics to it. Cedar, cola, Bing cherry notes. Thought possibly Oregon. Very Burgundian, but with a more fruit forward palate. Excellent. — 9 years ago
