Masseria Vigne Vecchie

Emidio Pepe

Vecchie Vigne Montepulciano d'Abruzzo 2007

Garnet with tawny rim; nose is aged with mineral and sottobosco along with notes of dried tobacco; the palate has still chewy tannin, red berry fruit and citrus with a savory balsamic note, and finishes quite complete. Maybe not quite as good as the 2001 but shining tonight. At least Vini Emidio Pepe. — 14 days ago

Легкое примитиво, на запах ореховый чернослив, на вкус чуть легко-водянисто для примитиво, но очень приятно, сладенькое. Хорошее. — a year ago

Vecchie Vigne Brunello di Montalcino Sangiovese 2013

2013 vintage. Decanted and tasted after one hour. Super durty nose and approach. Light-medium body with a erupting spice festival afoot. Maybe another 3-4 years in the current appeal before the morph. 10.03.25. — 6 months ago
