Very unique. Wasn’t sure at first. Almost too herbal and tannic initially. High Al traits too. But w some air, it definitely grew on me. the extreme herbal notes and al mellowed. The tannins didn’t. But the high acidity seemed to make it balanced. Esp w the braised beef pasta. Definitely try again because it’s so unique. It’s basically their basic wine on roids. But not as fruit forward.
