Delicious. Crisp and not buttery. Pinot noir based - blanc de noir. Aged 4 years on lees. No sugar added to make it bone dry! Lots of chalk in soil. — 2 years ago
27th anniversary. Rosé. Amazing. — 8 months ago
This champagne house just continues to grow on me, bottle by bottle. A decidedly pretty copper salmon hue in the glass with perfectly precise perlage. The aromatics are evolved and complex starting with fresh strawberries and orange zest. There’s a nice element of tea and raspberry jam that presents after some time and air.
Dominated by Chardonnay with only a smidgeon of Pinot Noir. A bit ethereal and lithe throughout. Even so, there’s a power and clarity here that you don’t find in many rosé champagnes. Zero dosage so the acidity is pure and electric. Refined and gorgeous, this is an iron fist in a velvet glove.
More vivacious red fruit on the palate. Cherries, strawberries, and more raspberry jam. A touch of mint, a dash of citrus. Dry but approachable with plenty of tension and style. A lovely, lovely champagne. — 2 years ago

Not unlike a funkier Collin Pierrieres, it took time to grow on me. — 2 years ago
It’s so fun tasting these lines from Marguet. All biodynamic and organic. All meticulous and so very thoughtful. 100% Chardonnay from Vrigny with no added dosage and absolutely singing. High acidity with nice balance and depth. Very fresh, very alive, and just the right level of tension and drama.
The fruit shines on the nose spectacularly with expressive citrus notes initially. There’s a good bit of oak here along with moist stone and a blast of apple goodness. The palate is similar with all the apples you could want. Lemon zest, quince, and orange marmalade. A touch of cinnamon and wood. The finish is moderately long with a final touch of spice. No need to wait on these, drink up. — 3 years ago
