@Delectable Wine this is Sangiovese. Has that wild mountain berries on a vine thing going on. Slight earthiness and very delicious. — 10 months ago
Pale yellow, excellent clarity. Tactile, fine grain sandpaper like, so perhaps an acquired case for some. A clean nose, lemon and lemon peel flavors with depth, great acidity. A deep dive into the variety; not for the faint of heart. After 90 minutes the skin tannins do mellow so you might decant this. — 4 months ago
@Delectable Wine this is the Central coast rose. Tastes like a peach jolly rancher. Love it!! — 10 months ago
Tart cranberry, cedar, white pepper, earthy notes of mushroom. Light tannins, medium body, high acid, medium alcohol, medium plus finish. My guess is carbonic maceration. — 5 months ago
San Benito County Negrette. Cloudy, dusty rose in color, light pigment extraction. Smells of grape pulp as when eating table grapes. Hint of rhubarb or red fruit in aroma. Strawberry, lemon peel, rhubarb and black pepper (initially) in the mouth, definitely different. Fruity, good acidity, a fun pour overall. Probably the first of this varietal I’ve ever had.

Overripe apples. High acidity that works well. Always a fun producer — 6 hours ago
