On second day. Nice, dark fruited nose, nice mouthfeel, finish s little lacking. — 20 days ago
Vintage 2022 | Fresh, saline, minerals. Aligoté is confusing to recognize when tasting blind, it can also be rather meager. But this Aligoté is textbook: fine citrus in smell, tones of Granny Smith in first sips, very very vibrant and juicy. You long to a new sip of the wine. Paired with Asian yaki udon with pointed cabbage, oystermushrooms, bacon strips and a viscous sauce in which I added a bit saké. — 8 days ago
See my prior notes. For a gnarly vintage, few complaints here. — 7 days ago
Deep Ruby color with aromas of black fruits, cedar and baking spice, aged in about 30% new French oak for 12 months. On the palate flavors of ripe cherry and raspberry with cola, floral and sweet cinnamon herb spice notes. Full-bodied, fine tannins, long finish ending with fruit, oak, herbs and an earthy mineral character. Nice! Organic! — 10 days ago
Full of character. Cedar comes through strong. Earthy with a heavy finish. Quality wine, but not sure if it’s worth the $. — 20 days ago

This has softened considerably since my last bottle several years ago. Nose is complex, with earth, cedar, cigar box, and an incense-like note. In the mouth, it’s rich but medium-bodied in the mouth. The tannins that were so prominent a few years ago have significantly resolved. Entering (finally) its drinking window. — 6 hours ago
