Domaine Chanson (Chanson Père et Fils)

Bastion de L'Oratoire Marsannay Pinot Noir 2014

Pinot Noir has never been my go-to varietal, but this is what I hope to find whenever I do go there. Turned earth, mushroom, and slight barnyard blend seamlessly with bright cherry, cranberry, and blueberry. M acid and M+ tannins, this was subtle while remaining complex and beautifully balanced. — 5 years ago
