So complex. Nose is very floral like walking in an alpine field and then there’s a light strawberry. Palate has excellent acidity with strawberries, hint of creaminess, more floral notes, tropical fruit, a bit of vegetable underlying it all. Can’t really put my finger on it. Needed some air and to be closer to room temp to open up. — 4 years ago
