2021. Really enjoy this sparkler and it was great with Korean Chicken Wings tonight! — 4 months ago
2022. Weather was really encouraging rosé on the patio, so we were happy to oblige! Loads of chunky sediment that was easily kept in the bottle (kind of). Delicious pink grapefruit, strawberry, watermelon. Mouthwatering acidity, but balanced with the fruit. — a year ago
2021. We really enjoyed the 2022 vintage of this wine with kabobs a few months ago, so when I made an impromptu lunch of Reshmi-style Chicken, Chana Saag, and Raita, this wine paired great too! — a month ago

2022. More complex aromas and flavors than most pet-nat that I’ve had. Pulled out of the beer fridge because I wanted an Averna Spritz before dinner. ~200 mL of Sparkling Wine for two spritzes means there was enough left to enjoy on its own. — 6 months ago
Drinking last third of bottle opened 4 days ago. Slightly brick red but crystal clear. Tar and@leather@on the nose Bright cherry raspberry. Deliciously long finish. Drink now@or hold a couple more years. — 2 years ago
2022. We loved the 2019 Martha Stoumen Carignan we had this afternoon, so we wanted to try this D&G when we went looking for another bottle. A bit darker fruit flavor and earthier, and took ~15 minutes to open up. A little more tannic bite but paired equally well with leftover kebabs. — 3 months ago

New grape for me, and new Broc for me. Love it! The nose is a bit green and underripe, but the fruit is amazing. Red currant, raspberry, black cherry, some strawberry, but damp and dark, then it turns dry. Great balance of fruitiness and dryness towards the end. Some tannins on the finish and subtly herbal, but not much. Pure dry fruit for quite a while. Comforting winter red. Lovely label. With pizza.
As with other Brocs, this doesn’t hold up so much on the second day. Drink fresh. — a month ago
