2023. This vintage has a touch more savory, mineral funk than the last two and I like it paired with garden tomato caprese crostini. (Even better after a night in the fridge as the funk mellowed a little bit and some orchard fruit flavors emerged. Paired great with miso-marinated sesame-crusted seared tuna filets.)
