Wine is dark ruby, with purplish on the edge. On nose its ripe fruit, floral parfumed, oak in there, violets, tobacco. On palate, wine is full bodied, jammy, fine acidity, tannic, wine is open up after 1 hour decant. The intensity is there. Its still too young to drink. Try it after 2026. 69 % Sauvignon Blanc, 22 % Vermentino, 5 % Viognier and 4 % Verdicchio.
Hand picked and whole cluster gentle pressing. In Barriques, 25 % new, 25% used and 50 % steel tank and concrete.
No malo fermentation.
6 months on fine lees contact with regular batonnage and 12 months in bottle. Pale straw yellow.
Crisp, racy acidity with freshness and complexity.
White flowers, white grapefruit, sage, aromatic herbs and fresh cut grass.
Very impressive.
