Good but will probably improve — 7 days ago
Nose is a bit neutral, maybe some oil? Some mineral. As another commenter said, kind of like a weaker Viognier. It’s got a unique nose for sure. Lemon. Never smelled anything like it. Palate is oily and rich with nice acidity. Earthy and very mineral. No fruit really. This is Italy’s answer the N. Rhone whites. Good concentration. Really dry. We will see if it opens. More interesting than good. But good enough.
UPDATE DAY 2. - this is much better with more juiciness and fruit. Very complex and very delicious. From 8.9 to 9.1. — 5 months ago
Pretty melon on the attack and a good IPA on the finish. — a year ago

Wow. 13. This is very 13. Nose is fresh dark just picked blackberries. Palate is Big spicy blackberry fruit. Fresh so not the stewy kind of blackberry. Internal aromatics are terrific. Graphite. Licorice. Blackberry liquor. A hint of chocolate. So dense it’s almost a solid. Finish is fresh sweet licorice. Very delicious. Density wise very st Joseph (the good stuff like gripa). Amazing this wine is so balanced and Fresh given the year and the density. Very talented winemaker. Bought from fass selections. — 5 months ago
Legit. Truly legit. This is outstanding. Deep nose. Spellbinding. Roses, meeting road tar, loam, spice, glorious. Tea. Palate is an insane monster of deep glorious cherry fruit intermingled with spice and what purity. Sick definition and so clean. Big tannins that are sicko ripe. Unreal length. Goes toe to toe with the big boys. Length is crazy and pumps insane fruit. Wow. It’s so deep and complex but insanely fresh. — 4 months ago
