Quite tasty and improved over 4 days which cant be said for wines made this naturally. Carignan isnt the sexiest grape, but shows a decent amount of complexity here. Strong medicinal dark fruits fruit though not in a bretty way- earth, black pepper, baking spices, medium tannin medium acid. A well executed wine for drinking. — a month ago

In magnum..luv the foil cap..."it goes to eleven". 1 hour decant (little sediment). A transfixing inky red color. On the nose: blue fruit, floral, cassis, black fruit. Taste: BlackBerry, graphite, minerals, smoke..semi firm tannins and a plush mouthfeel lead to a med- long finish...has more time to go.
