2007. Saw this on the wine list and had to look it up. Sounded great, so tried a couple of 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon tonight with some rich sauced lamb dishes. The Red Cap was our favorite with food and my favorite overall. — 5 months ago

Green Cap. Exudes class. Nose gets confectionary after a while. Crazy confectionery. So aromatic and complex. Palate is like an orb with no edges due the kisses of sugar.
